Santy’s New Website to Come?

It looks like Santy is getting ready for a slight name change as well as an overhaul to their website. Below are some screens of what we uncovered, the site will be side scrolling with Javascript jumps moving you from left to right.  Additionally they are using Santy Integrated over just Santy or Santy Advertising.

Can anyone confirm this new direction?

Great super-sleuthing on the part of Phoenix Ad Blog, and the power of Google prevails, eh?

While nothing is being confirmed or denied, it’s recommended that those who are interested stay tuned in for the next few weeks. : )

In the meantime, check out some cool new Dial brand sites recently launched by Santy/Dial:

    http://www.renuzit.com – flash/hybrid “magazine” site
    http://www.softscrub.com – share your clean-freakiness by posting a story
http://www.combatbugs.com – ewww! crawling cockroaches and ants!

Note: the Combat home page was originally intended to scroll below the fold for a more enhanced cockroach experience. Not to worry, it still creeps some people out. : )

    Pretty cool looking site, guys.

I like the sliding navigation thing, but I’m probably biased since we used it on the Forty site (http://www.fortyagency.com/)

Hey, is this the same Rebecca from old Rhino? Are you at Santy now?

As for the site, I like the textured background… will have to wait til it goes live to comment on the rest.

    When’s the launch?

  6. Rebecca Seymann on Thursday 14, 2009

Hey Martin, yes, it’s me!!! How are you?

Honestly – I don’t get it. Seems uninteresting and outdated. What are you trying to accomplish – 1999 flash technology? The content seems fluffy and boring. You claim to be a “Creative.Digital.Media” company….. SHOW ME!!!

Wow, That sounded bad. I think I came off wrong, let me put it another way… I think that this can be done differently to be more interesting. The sliding content has been done over and over. Maybe fill it will more collage style imagery and have each thing move independently with decay. Please disregard my first post. Sounded harsh, and was not meant to be that way.

And we’re very sorry Rick thinks it sucks. Fortunately for us, we don’t.

It’s not Flash, you tool. but hey, you’re the expert!

  13. Rick Snailum on Thursday 14, 2009

Sorry I didn’t realize it was not in flash. I posted before it was launched. Now that I look at it maybe you should have built in Flash – then maybe it wouldn’t take 2 minutes to rotate thru each section. But I am am the tool.. If you were truly a websiteLOVR you would probably agree. BTW – I never said it sucks, I said it looked outdated and could have more thought put into it. Sorry for throwing out some criticism…
