Terralever Throws a Sweet Housewarming Party

Online marketing firm Terralever continues to defy the economic downturn, this time by moving into a fantastic new 11,000 square foot space in downtown Tempe, and then throwing a great housewarming party to show off it off.  The new space has a great, open layout with a modern feel, and an amazing view of the streets below.

In addition to tasty refreshments and free gelato (generously provided by The Gelato Spot) and a great DJ+trumpet combo (DJ Proper Villain with Bob Powers on trumpet), there was also a raffle that raised almost $700 for the Michael T. Flynn Foundation, and a place to drop off cans for the Phoenix Food Drive, an ongoing competitive food drive between Gangplank (who will win) and several local marketing agencies (who will also win, but by less).

Attendees included representatives from Off Madison Ave., Forty, Gangplank, Fetchback, Keane Creative, Blind Society, Myriad Interactive, Synapse Studios, Sitewire, Microsoft, Authority Labs, iCrossing, All Over Media, Ad2Phoenix, Networking Phoenix, and the City of Tempe, as well as community leaders Herb Sendek (ASU Men’s Basketball), Ernesto Ortiz (St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance), and Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman.

The crew from Forty attended and had a great time talking with Terralever evangelist (and developer) Temitope Akinduro, who gave us the tour and generally kept us out of trouble while we looked for pranks to play on Terralever. They need to give that guy a raise.

Congratulations to our friends over at the big T, and we look forward to seeing what other big news they have in coming months.
