In addition to moving its office back to Mill Avenue and launching a new website, Spark recently announced they’ve been acquired by Black Mountain Enterprises, a holding company based out of Cleveland, Ohio.
Black Mountain Enterprises’ subsidiary companies, most of which are headquartered in Cleveland, operate in a diverse set of industries, including logistics/distribution, industrial forging products, aluminum products, packaging, real estate & management and advertising.
From the statement on the news section on Spark’s website:
As a subsidiary of Black Mountain, Spark retains its current operating structure, while realizing additional financial strength and human resources. The agreement gives Spark a presence in the northeast, thus expanding our geographic reach and providing additional depth to our core services.
